Fundamental to the safety of all air operations, are
systems' electronic test equipment. Before an aircraft launches, it goes
through rigorous maintenance to ensure it can accomplish its mission and return
safely without systems failures.
GTS has supported these important activities by repairing and producing new
aviation test sets to provide automated test capabilities. With extensive
experience that spans more than a decade, GTS products and support contribute
to the safe operational efficiency of our military's aviation assets.
GTS supports NAVAIR's Consolidated Automated Support
System (CASS) directly through PMA 260, Fleet Readiness Center (FRCSE),
Jacksonville, FL, and as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin Mission
Systems & Training, the prime contractor supporting CASS.
GTS
supports E-2C aircraft systems automated testing through production of the
Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Automated Interconnecting Device
(IDs), Adapter Assemblies, Cable Assemblies and Accessory Sets.
ID's are utilized by Navy and Marine Corp
Maintenance personnel to fault isolate E-2C aircraft Weapons Replaceable
Assemblies (WRAs), Digital Signal Generators and Detector Processors.
GTS provides H-1 helicopter CASS Support Equipment manufacturing and assembly including fabrication, assembly and test of the H-1 Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) and interim spares.
The ID's and ancillary equipment provide automated testing capability on CASS for (3) Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) used in the H-1 helicopter.
Efforts provide both types of Interconnecting Devices (IDs) including Adapter Assemblies, Test fixtures, Cable Assemblies and Accessory Sets.
