Composite Munitions

GTS has pioneered development in High Temperature Composites (HTC) Munitions to increase improvements to range, lethality, manufacturability and cost. HTC systems will change the manufacturing of rocket motor cases, nozzles, air frames, and substructures for hypersonic vehicles, as well as offer significant advantages over conventional munitions particularly with regard to the evolving mission set for UAVs.

GTS composite munitions achieve lighter weight, predictability and smaller footprint blast patterns, to enable better UAV weaponization. This technology will also limit the collateral damage, ultimately reducing cost, improving system performance, and decreasing long lead times.
