Dawn Posch

Controller

Dawn Posch is the Controller at Global Technical Systems (GTS). She oversees all of the Operations for the Accounting Department. These include training programs and financial reports that comply with accounting principles, government compliance, and international financial reporting standards. In addition, she maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures for all accounting transactions, in order to minimize risk. She maintains the company’s data base, to ensure it runs efficiently, while maintaining its integrity and security, for all users.  

Dawn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management, from the University of Phoenix, and has over 22 years of experience in the accounting field. During that time, she has overseen several large projects as well as safeguarded company assets.

Dawn is a Baltimore native who relocated to Virginia Beach 12 years ago and actively volunteers in her community. When she is not preparing financial statements and assisting the CFO of the company, she also enjoys outdoor activities and being adventurous.
