Ed
Miller is the Executive Vice President. Ed has over 40 years of
Intelligence Community, C5ISR and Defense Acquisition experience. His
served as the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Intelligence and Information Systems,
U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) as a member of the Defense
Intelligence Senior Executive Service (SIES).
Responsibilities
included oversight for the research, development, acquisition, testing and
fielding of assigned programs in command and control, communications,
computers, intelligence, and psychological operations. Additionally, Ed
is a retired Marine Corps Reserve Officer.
Since
joining GTS, Ed has been a strategic contributor and advisor to the corporate
staff and senior technical team. During his time with GTS, he managed a
University Advanced Technologies Lab pioneering next generation Chemical,
Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive systems collection, analysis,
simulation, and training in support of the National Strategy.
Additional
efforts have included explosive threat detection system development; SOF/Marine
Corps SIGINT training systems/scenarios; a state-of-the art carbon fiber UAS
capable of denied area sensor emplacement; and the tactical applications of
Composite Electromechanical Battery Systems.
Ed is a graduate of the University of Maryland
(BA) and has an MBA from Pepperdine University. He attended the postgraduate
program at the Defense Intelligence College and the Defense Senior Executive
Leadership Course.
