August 1, 2025 – Global Technical Systems (GTS), a leading provider
of advanced defense systems and high-performance computing technologies, is
proud to announce that Mr. Dale Sisson will join the company full-time
effective October 1, 2025, as Vice President, Integrated
Defense Systems. In this new role, Mr. Sisson will lead the
establishment and expansion of GTS’s newest division in King George County,
Virginia, strategically positioned to support the company’s growing defense
portfolio and mission-critical programs.
Mr. Sisson will begin his new role
following his retirement from federal service, concluding a
distinguished career as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES).
Most recently, he served as the Technical Director of the Naval Surface
Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), where he provided executive
leadership across a wide range of highly technical national security
initiatives.

Mr. Sisson brings with him decades of
experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex solutions in
support of national defense. At GTS, he will lead efforts to integrate the
company’s advanced weapons platforms, high-performance computing systems, and
next-gen C4ISR capabilities with emerging U.S. DOD requirements.
GTS is also pleased to announce
that Dr. Jennifer Clift has joined the company as Director
of Integrated Defense Systems Division. Dr. Clift will work alongside Vice
President, Integrated Defense Systems Dale Sisson to help lead
GTS’s long-term growth strategy and mission expansion.
Dr. Clift joins GTS after an
esteemed 28-year career at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren
Division (NSWCDD), where she held a series of high-impact technical and
leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Scientific
Technical Manager and Head of the Weapons Control & Integration Department.
